As radio amateurs we are well away of how the sun influences the ionosphere and hence radio propagation, but probably we have a very incomplete or simple understanding of how stars are born, live and die. This special presentation by physicist Gary Newport will enlighten us on all aspects of stellar evolution. This topic was the subject of Gary’s PhD thesis.
